Not only did you reduce the size but instead of them being toasty - they get soggy after removing from the toaster oven. Huge disappointment. I will not be buying these in the future. They also couldn't be toasted right because if the normal side got to the right crispness the other side was hard and tasted burnt. Burnt on 1 side from the factory

Several purchases lately have not been Buttermilk but Homestyle instead. I know the difference between them. Also the waffles I have purchased were stale or had a freezer burnt taste which this could've been from an issue with the actual store. However not the switch of flavor. Hopefully this error gets fixed with the flavors we love Buttermilk Waffles! Wrong Waffles

The holes brown/burn first because these are so thin. There are actual holes in the waffle. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves for selling a product like this. If you can’t afford to make waffles, stop. This is a waste of resources. Yuck. So thin that they have holes, won’t cook properly
